Using this site

By browsing Urbannexuscommerce or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Product photos are representative. Colours look different on a screen, and a moulded mat set cut for one model year may not sit perfectly in another.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. A written quote holds for 14 days. We can cancel an order if a listed price was obviously wrong, and we refund you in full if that happens.

• An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, not when you click pay.
• Custom-cut items and special orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.
• Fitting slots are held for 15 minutes past the booked time, then released to the next customer.

Fitment and installation

We check fitment against your rego before despatch, but the final responsibility for confirming that a part suits your vehicle sits with you. If you fit parts yourself, any resulting damage is outside our control.

Fitting done in our bay is covered by our workmanship guarantee. That guarantee covers the labour. It does not extend the warranty of the part itself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services in that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our processes change. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
