Who we are

Urbannexuscommerce is an urban ecommerce store for car care products, servicing parts and interior accessories. We trade from MacArthur Chambers, 2 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse, buy or book a fitting, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to complete an order or answer a question.

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Order details: what you bought, the vehicle rego or make and model when a part needs fitment checking, and any fitting notes.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We see the last four digits of a card and the transaction result, not the full number.
• Site usage: pages viewed, searches and which device you used, collected through cookies. Our Cookie Policy covers the detail.

How we use your information

We use your details to process orders, arrange fitting appointments, handle warranty claims and reply to enquiries. If you have opted in, we also send occasional stock alerts and workshop news by email. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Who we share it with

Delivery carriers, payment processors and our accounting software see the minimum needed to do their job. When a part is ordered from a distributor, we pass on the vehicle details required for the fitment check. All of these parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Records are held for seven years to meet Australian tax requirements, then destroyed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
