Refund Policy

Change of mind

Unused parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the packaging is intact and the item has not been fitted. Custom-cut mats, special orders and clearance stock are excluded.

• Bring the invoice or order number.
• Return freight for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a part is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days. We cover return freight and either replace the item or refund it in full. Photos of the fault speed this up considerably.

Detailing and fitting bookings

Detailing bookings cancelled more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we keep 40 percent to cover the reserved bay. Fitting appointments follow the same rule.

If you are unhappy with a detail or a fitting job, say so before you leave the shop. We will redo the work. Where a problem genuinely cannot be fixed, the affected portion of the invoice is refunded.

Warranty claims

Our house-brand parts carry an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Claim it at the counter with your invoice. Normal wear, crash damage and incorrect installation are not covered.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply regardless of anything we write here.
